Slender Silhouette Sweetgum is one of the most dramatically columnar trees available, forming a fastigiate pillar of rich green foliage that can reach 60 feet tall while remaining only 4 to 6 feet wide — making it one of the narrowest large deciduous trees in the landscape trade. Despite its extraordinary slender form, this sweetgum delivers a spectacular autumn color show with foliage turning rich shades of gold, orange, red, and burgundy, often with multiple colors present simultaneously on the same tree.
