Delivery & Pickup Policies
Delivery Area Notice: We generally only deliver within New England. We do not deliver throughout the country unless you are buying a large order (over $12,000) and have made arrangements with the owner for trucking.

Local Pickup
All orders that have selected local pickup when checking out must pick up their plants at our nursery in Warwick within 14 days of purchase.
Plants not picked up after 20 days may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. In this case, 95% of the purchase price will be refunded and the remaining 5% will be retained as a restocking fee.

Local Delivery
All orders that have selected Local Delivery when checking out will typically receive their plants within 1–3 days. We will reach out to you by phone or email to schedule a delivery day.
During peak season it can take longer for delivery, usually no longer than 7 days. If you need your order sooner or on a specific day, please call us so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
Your plants will be delivered by one of our employees in our own delivery vehicles — so you never have to worry about dealing with FedEx, UPS, or damaged packages. Deliveries are almost always made before 8 am so your plants will be ready and waiting for you to plant. Delivery is to the driveway.
